Maximo & MAS modernization
Assess your current environment, define a practical migration roadmap, and align application, infrastructure, integration, and operational requirements before the work begins.
Practical expertise for the systems your operations depend on. We help organizations plan Maximo modernization, connect enterprise platforms, and explore AI where it can make a difference.

Connect asset management with the wider enterprise. Address interface requirements, data flows, reporting needs, and the dependencies that shape a successful implementation.
Bring technical direction to complex engagements, coordinate across business and engineering teams, and prepare people and processes for the transition into operations.
Splunk app and add-on development, data onboarding and dashboards; SQL data models, ETL and executive reporting; Maximo and BIRT report suites.
Connect AI assistants to your engineering and operations tools through MCP and APIs — Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk and Maximo — with secure access, human approval and audit trails. Automate builds, test environments and routine engineering work.
We are developing a forward-deployed engineering approach to asset management: start with a specific operational problem, work alongside the people who understand it, and build a focused prototype to test its value.
Explore how an assistant could find relevant information in approved manuals and maintenance records, with source references for review.
Prototype ways to summarize work history and prepare draft work-order content while keeping operational decisions with authorized people.
Evaluate API and MCP integration patterns that give AI tools controlled access to asset information and selected enterprise workflows.
We've built AI agents that work through the full engineering loop in production software teams. Starting from a support ticket, the agent drafts the user story, uses Jenkins to spin up a dev environment that reproduces the issue (application server, database and agents), develops and tests a fix, and captures evidence — screenshots, logs and diagrams of the workflow — published to a Confluence page. Only then does it prepare a commit in GitHub for an engineer to review and approve.
We also built reusable AI skills adopted across an engineering team, such as reading and diagnosing customer support bundles, and used AI to build containerized Splunk environments in Docker. Integrations run through MCP servers and secured API tokens to Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab and Jenkins.
The same approach applies to asset management: controlled access, clear audit trails, evidence for every change, and people in charge of decisions.
The three use cases above (Maintenance knowledge, Work-order assistance, and Connected tools) are illustrative areas for discovery and prototyping, not claims of completed deployments. Scope, data access, permissions, and evaluation are defined with each client.
